Please note: our 30-day money-back guarantee is only applicable to monthly memberships. Also, members are only entitled to a refund if the member has taken all their assessments and interacted with their groups to learn and grow with our Mentors’ guide.
After taking all assessments and making efforts to grow using our Models, we will refund your money within 30 days if you still feel you did not benefit from our program (i.e: you feel you did not learn or grow personally or in any of your relationships despite being active and implementing steps as guided in our program).

Physical products in our Shop returned within 30-days in original packaging and condition will be promptly refunded, no questions asked.

The shipping charges will show in the cart for the products listed and will be based on your zip code.

We receive payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Delivery time will depend on many factors that are not in our control, such as your geographical area, the quality/regulations of the post offices near you and weather. International orders are subject to different processes which can cause delays. However, we will send out your order for delivery, usually within 24 hours upon a purchase.

Yes, you will receive an invoice in your email for every purchase made with us. If you are a member, you will find details of your current and previous purchases on your member account profile.

You may purchase a PIQ Living membership for someone by choosing our gift certificate option in our Store. The recipient you name will then receive credits with us allowing them to access their gift online. If it is a product that you wish to purchase as a gift, simply enter their address as the shipping address during checkout.
